Cha Cha Pasta Salad

1 lb. angel hair pasta
3 or 4 medium carrots, grated
6 green onions sliced lengthwise, then cut in 1 inch pieces
8 oz. fresh or frozen snow peas, thawed
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1 1/2 bottles Soy Vay Toasted Sesame Dressing and Marinade

Boil pasta according to package directions, stirring to separate noodles. Drain and rinse in cold water. Blanch snow peas and carrots briefly, drain, and rinse with cold water. In a big bowl, place all ingredients together and toss. Serves 4 to 6.
