Beef and Onions

Mix these ingredients in a bowl and let sit 10 minutes:
1 lb boneless tender beef, cut in thin strips
1 Tbsp Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic Asian Glaze
1 Tbls corn starch
1 Tbls soy sauce

In another bowl, combine:
3 Tbsp Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic Asian Glaze
1 Tbls corn starch
1 Tbls soy sauce
1/2 cup water

Let stand.

3 Tbls vegetable oil
3 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces

Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add beef and stir fry for two minutes or until browned. Remove from pan. Heat 1 Tbls vegetable oil in same pan. Add green onion and stir fry for one minute. Add beef-cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4.
