Baked Tofu

1 package firm tofu
1 cup Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic Asian Glaze and Marinade

Slice tofu into 1/4 inch slices, allow to drain on paper towel. Marinate slices in Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic Asian Glaze and Marinade, then bake the slices on a baking sheet for 30 - 40 minutes at 425° turning once halfway through cooking. (Note: Oven temperatures vary and adjustment may be necessary.)
