Asian Pasta Salad

At Valley Montessori School in Livermore, CA, we love Soy Vay! A staff favorite salad was created by a parent and is shared at every staff luncheon we have!!

1 box angel hair pasta (cooked and drained)
1 bag coleslaw mix
1 bag sugar snap peas (chopped into one-inch pieces)
1 bottle Soy Vay Toasted Sesame Dressing and Marinade
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup cashews

Toss all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Chill and enjoy!
